Posting Rules

Here are some Rules & Regulations for posting an ad in SMACY Ads. One should follow these rules strictly in order to publish an ad.

  1. Ad Relevance Ad title, description, price and image must be relevant to each other.
  2. Original Images Uploaded images should be original. Please do not upload watermark images of others.
  3. Abusive Content Please do not use abusive words in your content. Otherwise, your ad will be blocked or deleted without prior notification.
  4. Fake or False Content Do not post any fake or false ad contents. Otherwise, your ad will be deleted.
  5. Genuine Ad Content Ad content should be original, genuine or real. It should follow the correct image and text format in accordance with SMACY Ads.
  6. Approval If anything is wrong or does not follow the required format, it will not be published in any manner.
  7. Duplicate Entries Duplicate entries will be strictly prohibited.
  8. Enquiry Responsibility SMACY Ads will not be held responsible for any future enquiry confirmation about the ads after posting on our site.
  9. Ad Availability All ads will be available on our site for a stipulated period only.
  10. Violent Content Violent contents are strictly prohibited and may be punishable in accordance with the law.
  11. Language Ads may be posted in any language and should be approved by SMACY Ads.
Important: By posting an advertisement on SMACY Ads, the advertiser agrees to follow the above Rules & Regulations. SMACY Ads reserves the right to block or delete an advertisement that does not comply with these rules.
